I've used the case for two months with no problems whatsoever.The magnetic clasp works fine, the protection it gives my iPod Touch has prevented damage a number of times both in the car and during air travel (airports, security checks, etc.), and I have no problem carrying it in my jeans pocket (pocket bulges a little, but I don't have to worry about accidental damage).When I have the case open during use, my iPod sometimes move a bit and I must keep pushing it back in, but this is one small problem. For what little you pay for this case, it performs remarkably well..
